Funny how frustration can get you to stop posting.
So I let myself get distracted, needing a quick “win” of a
project after the silk dying fiasco. So I made my 4 year old daughter a skirt. She’d
said she wanted a poofy skirt.
So I made an adorable circle skirt with contrast trim and a tulle under layer. Which she hates. Because she only likes poofy in theory, not the reality of wearing poofy. Here I’d thought she’d finally gone full princess on me.
Anyway, it is adorable and enough length to fit her for a looooong time. With extra elastic in the waistband to I can expand it.Will try again in a few months.
